These Terms of Use govern the provision of access to and use of the Scan Legal service (hereinafter — the "Service").

By registering for and using the Service, the User confirms that they have read and accept these Terms.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Service is designed for automated review and analysis of contracts using artificial intelligence technologies.

1.2. The Service operator is Zotin Alexey Nikolaevich, an individual entrepreneur, email: info@scanlegal.tech.

1.3. These Terms are binding for all Users of the Service.

2. Registration and Account

2.1. To use the Service, the User must provide a valid email address.

2.2. The User is responsible for maintaining the security of their account access.

2.3. The Operator is not responsible for unauthorized third-party access to the User's account due to the User's fault.

3. User Rights and Obligations

3.1. The User has the right to:

use the Service in accordance with its functionality;

receive consultation support from the Operator regarding the Service's operation;

3.2. The User undertakes not to:

use the Service for illegal purposes;

upload documents that violate the rights of third parties;

breach the confidentiality of data uploaded to the Service.

4. Restrictions and Prohibitions

4.1. It is prohibited to use the Service for the distribution of malware, spam, or illegal materials.

4.2. It is prohibited to bypass technical restrictions and attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

4.3. The Operator has the right to block the User's account in case of a violation of these Terms.

5. Liability

5.1. The Operator is not liable for the content of the documents uploaded by the User or the conclusions made based on them.

5.2. The User bears full responsibility for the legality and accuracy of the information uploaded to the Service.

5.3. The Service is of a recommendatory nature and does not replace professional legal advice.

6. Limitation of Operator's Liability

6.1. The Service is provided "as is." The Operator does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of the document analysis.

6.2. The Operator is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Refunds and Subscription Cancellation

7.1. Payments for using the Service are made on a prepaid basis.

7.2. The User may cancel the subscription at any time via their account dashboard. In this case, access to the Service will remain available until the end of the paid period, after which the subscription will not be renewed.

7.3. Refunds for an already paid and active billing period are not provided, except in cases of technical malfunction of the Service confirmed by the Operator.

7.4. In case of an erroneous payment (for example, a duplicate charge), a refund will be processed after payment confirmation within 10 business days.

8. Changes to the Terms

8.1. The Operator reserves the right to change these Terms at any time.

8.2. The updated version takes effect from the moment of its publication on the Service's website.
